Hi robsupport, did you manage to get a solution to that problem when clicking on a file or folder in Windows Explorer and getting that window with "runtime error I couldn't solve this problem, however, I re-installed windows xp without over-writting the existing partitions. This did not over-write the mydocuments. If you are having this problem I would do the following. Rename your my documents folder to another name. Re-install your operating system without deleting existing partitions.
